Terms of Service
The simple rules for using Julius.
Who we are
Julius (juliusagent.com) is run by Julio Jimenez in Coconut Grove, Miami, FL. By using Julius, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email jcjimenezglez@gmail.com.
What you get
Julius helps small businesses grow organic traffic. Depending on your plan, that includes a website (design and hosting), local SEO, and blog posts for your site. We may improve or change features over time.
Price, trial and billing
- The plan is $99/month, billed by Stripe.
- New accounts get a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, your card is charged $99 and then monthly.
- Prices may change. We'll tell you before a change affects you.
Cancel anytime
Cancel anytime by emailing jcjimenezglez@gmail.com. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged.
No guarantees
We work hard to grow your traffic, but we can't promise rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Google and other search engines decide rankings, not us.
Your content
You own your business info, photos and content. You let us use them to build and run your site and posts. Make sure you have the right to share what you send us.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, harmful, misleading or adult content.
- No spam, and no content that breaks someone else's rights.
- Don't try to hack, overload or misuse the service.
We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Limits
Julius is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and email you about big changes.
